Choose your model of robot below and then order the FREE diagnostics service. Ship your Roomba to our service center. We can email you a prepaid shipping label for $19.99 or a box and shipping label for $29.99 to make things as easy as possible!
Step 2:
Our technicians perform a series of tests to pin-point the problem and then will provide you a detailed repair quote.
Step 3:
You authorize the repair/shipping charges: We will repair your Roomba robot and ship it back.
or
You decline the repair: We will ship back your Roomba robot for a shipping charge. We are also happy to recycle your robot at no additional charge.
